Contact
One address, read by a person: hello@reactiontimetool.com
There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would need a server, a server would need to handle your message and your address, and the whole point of this site is that it does not collect anything. Email is simpler and you keep a copy of what you sent.
What is worth writing about
- Something is broken. Tell us which test, which browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer. That is usually enough to reproduce it.
- Something is wrong. If a figure or a claim in one of the guides does not match what you know, say so and point at the source. Corrections get made.
- A test you want. Suggestions for tests to add are genuinely useful. So is hearing which of the existing ones you actually use.
- Privacy questions. Anything about data handling, or a request under data protection law. The privacy policy covers most of it.
- Teaching and research use. These tests get used in classrooms and student projects. Ask if you need to know how something is measured.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a lost score. Personal bests live in your browser's local storage on your own device, no copy exists anywhere else, and clearing your browsing data deletes them for good.
We also cannot interpret a score for you in any medical sense. These tests are not diagnostic instruments and a result here is not a basis for a health decision. That is a conversation for a qualified professional.
Who you are writing to
Reaction Time Tool is operated by Saugata Singh, 1/37 Azadgarh, Regent Park, Kolkata 700040, West Bengal, India.
It is a small site rather than a company with a support desk, so a reply may take a few days. Bug reports and factual corrections get looked at first.
